Due to the consumable nature of our wellness products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at info@konkanveda.com with clear photos of the package and product. We will review such cases strictly on an individual basis.
